Abstract

mgcvUI ist eine grafische Benutzeroberfläche für das R-Paket mgcv, das generalisierte additive Modelle (GAMs) mit penalisierten Regressionssplines und automatischer Glättungsparameterwahl anpasst. Es bietet drei Verwendungsmodi — allgemeine prädiktive Modellierung, Immobilienbewertung und Marktgebietsanalyse — und führt den Anwender durch Datenimport, Spezifikation der Glättungsterme, Modellanpassung, Diagnose- und Effektdiagramme sowie herunterladbare Berichte. Dieser Artikel dokumentiert die Datenformat-Anforderungen, den Modellierungs-Workflow, die Ausgabedarstellungen und die vollständige Funktionsreferenz von mgcvUI.
