Аннотация

earthUI — графический интерфейс пользователя для пакета R earth, реализующего многомерные адаптивные регрессионные сплайны (MARS). Он предлагает три режима работы — общее прогнозное моделирование, оценку недвижимости и анализ рыночной зоны — и проводит пользователя через импорт данных, настройку модели, подгонку, графики g-функций и загружаемые отчёты. В статье описаны требования к формату данных, рабочий процесс моделирования, форматы вывода и полный справочник возможностей earthUI.

  • William Bert Craytor

    Bert Craytor is a real estate valuation consultant specializing in statistical modeling and automated valuation methods. His work focuses on applying regression-based techniques — including MARS, GLM and GAM models — to residential and commercial appraisal. He is the developer of the earthUI, glmnetUI, and mgcvUI packages for  R.
