New working paper: Seller Concessions in California (U.S.) Residential Transactions

A new working paper on Valuation Engineer Research Labs shows how much the frequency of seller concessions varies across California, how differently MLSs have reported them since the 2024 NAR settlement, and sets out two draft protocols for regression models and sales grids built from data without a concession field.
